At approximately 2 a.m. Nov. 22, Vail Police responded to a report of a person being touched inappropriately by a suspect at the Bridge Street Bar, located at 304 Bridge Street. 

An investigation was completed and at the conclusion, Robert Wayne Jones was arrested for unlawful sexual contact and tampering with physical evidence. Jones was processed and transported to the Eagle County Detention Facility.
