Vail Police Seek Assistance in Bike Thefts

Vail Police are seeking the public’s assistance regarding bicycle thefts at the Residences at Main Vail.

On Jan. 5, at approximately 10:10 a.m., Vail Police responded to a report of stolen bicycles. The theft occurred on Jan. 2, at approximately 3:54 p.m. The stolen bicycles are described as:

  • A black GT mountain bike with 24 gears, valued at approximately $200–$300.
  • A dark gray Fiido Titan fat tire electric bicycle, valued at approximately $1,700.

Surveillance camera footage shows multiple subjects involved in this incident. The subject depicted in the photograph is one of the individuals observed taking possession of the bicycles and leaving the area. The subjects were seen entering the Residences at Main Vail parking lot in a white Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck.
