Vail Police are searching for a person who trespassed within a home in the Hornsilver Circle area.

At 6:45 p.m. Jan. 12 an unknown person entered a residence and within minutes was confronted by the homeowner. The person left and no additional crimes were committed.

Surveillance camera video shows a person entering the home at 6:45 p.m. and leaving at 6:50 p.m.

Anyone with information regarding the identity of the individual pictured or has additional surveillance video of an unknown person in the area is asked to contact Officer Trent Hillier at 970-479-2201 or thillier@vail.gov.

All suspects are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
