Timber Ridge VillageCrane center of Timber Ridge buildings
With all buildings in place at Timber Ridge, the start of roof framing begins at Building C; once completed, the site crane will be demobilized. Exterior finishes—including stucco, wood, and stone siding—are in full swing across Buildings F, B, and G. Crews maintain a significant focus on Building F to prepare for its scheduled Spring 2026 opening. This includes beginning interior painting and mechanical, electrical and plumbing trim-in at the garage level, alongside ongoing work on the east and west exterior site stairs. The entire development remains on track for final delivery in October 2026. More information on the development and housing units can be found at www.timberridgevail.com.
