Vail Police Seek Assistance Regarding Theft From Safeway

Vail police are investigating the theft of three alcoholic beverages from Safeway, located at 2131 N. Frontage Rd., that took place 8:19 p.m. March 13.

Surveillance camera video shows a person hiding alcoholic beverages in their jacket.

Those with information regarding the identity of the individual pictured or who have additional information related to this incident are asked to contact Officer A. Castillo at 970-479-2201 or acastillo@vail.gov.

All suspects are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
