Timber Ridge Village
Last modular is placed with a crane at Timber RidgeConstruction activity maintains a steady pace across the site. This work is headlined by Building F where crews are progressing through garage-level mechanical electrical and plumbing (MEP) trim-in, painting, and flooring while simultaneously nearing completion on interior unit patch-and-stitch work. Exterior finishes for Building F also are moving toward a milestone as painting, caulking, and metal siding installation continue, allowing for the initial removal of scaffolding. Building G is advancing with exterior siding and garage MEP rough-ins, while Buildings B, E, and D focus on interior patch-and-stitch work alongside building-specific exterior finishes. Finally, at Building C, the team is finishing roof framing and preparing for inspections following the recent modular unit set. Building F is planned for opening in Spring 2026 and the entire development remains firmly on track for final delivery in October 2026. Southface Vail (formerly West Middle Creek) Housing Development, 351 N. Frontage Road
The first tier of Soil Nail Wall 3 is formed and shotcrete facing begins, making way for second-tier excavation. The site remains a hub of material management with roughly 10,000 yards of processed soil on hand and ongoing boulder exports clearing the path for continued site work. Similar momentum is visible with concrete work with spread footer pours continuing and new contractors arriving on site to start forming concrete caps for mechanically stabilized earth (MSE) walls. At the base of the site, the team will be completing terracing work by the bus stop and preparing for the next round micropile drilling. Shaw Construction contact is John Payne, 303-350-1373. Town of Vail contact is Jason Dietz, 970-479-2145.
