Timber Ridge Village
Construction activity remains active across all buildings and the broader site this week. Building F leads the highlights as it moves toward completion — crews have begun working through the first rounds of interior unit and common area punch lists, and garage parking striping is underway. On the exterior, scaffolding is coming down as stucco siding is finished, with paint, caulking, and metal siding installation still in progress. Building G is pushing forward on exteriors with wood and stone siding installation ongoing. Building B is advancing with wood and stucco siding progressing as well as photovoltaic system installation. At Building E, exterior patch-and-stitch is complete, and stone siding is wrapping up as crews start working on stucco and wood siding. Interior patch-and-stitch and mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) garage rough-ins are continuing in parallel. Wood and stone siding work is also moving forward at Building D. On the sitework front, guardrail and backfill work begins along Lions Ridge Loop. Finally, a notable milestone for the project, the crane for modular unit installation is being removed. Building F is planned for opening in Spring 2026 and the entire development remains firmly on track for final delivery in October 2026.
