Low voltage rough-in is also advancing, helping keep interior systems aligned with the broader construction schedule. Crews also continue northeast and northwest utility work. Crews have tightened up construction barriers and expect there will be no full-road closures through the ski season. The project is scheduled to be completed in the fall 2026. Timber Ridge Village
Building F remains in the spotlight as it enters its final stretch. Crews are completing pre-punch corrections and final cleaning while building and elevator inspections continue through mid-month alongside exterior work, including gutter and downspout installation. Building G pushes forward on exteriors with wood and stone siding progressing and PV system installation underway. At Building B, balcony wood siding is finishing up as stucco advances across multiple elevations and PV system installation gets started. Building E sees a busy week on the exterior with stucco and wood siding beginning on the east and west elevations, while interior patch-and-stitch and mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) garage rough-ins continue. At Building D, the hoist beam has been installed, and stone veneer work is approaching. On the sitework front, removal of the temporary access road is anticipated to begin and excavation for the western public site staircase is on the near horizon. Building F is planned for opening in Spring 2026 and the entire development remains firmly on track for final delivery in October 2026.
