Crews are back on site at Southface Vail this week following the holiday weekend, with a busy stretch of concrete work ahead. Underground electrical and plumbing work is active through the center of the building, and foundation and footing work continues in the center of the site. Shotcrete is being applied to the north retaining wall in the center-west section, and underground utility work — storm, sanitary, and water lines — continues across the site. The hillside soil nail wall on the north side of the site is progressing through its third and final tier. Shaw Construction contact is John Payne, 303-350-1373.
