Vail Police are seeing the public’s assistance locating a driver involved in a two-vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 6:06 p.m. Tuesday, June 30 at the intersection of S. Frontage Rd. and Vail Valley Dr., commonly known as Blu Cow Chute, in Vail.  

After the crash, the driver of the at-fault vehicle, a black 1997 Toyota RAV4, took the temporary plate off the vehicle and fled on foot. The individual was observed via security footage wearing a dark colored shirt with a Denver Nuggets logo, black pants and white shoes.
