Vail Police are seeking the public’s assistance regarding a burglary that occurred at approximately 4:41 a.m. Monday, July 6 from Del Toro restaurant, at 2211 N. Frontage Rd. West, Suite 3, in West Vail. 

A person was observed via security footage taking an envelope with an estimated $6,700 in cash and a $1,200 bottle of tequila. The person was wearing a red jacket, light-colored pants and a baseball hat.

All suspects are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
