BREIF DESCRIPTION OF WORK

The prospective contractor is expected to perform removal/replacement, milling, overlay and patching of asphalt paving.

 

PROPOSAL SUBMITTAL

Proposals for the work described herein will be received until 12:00 P.M. prevailing time at the above office on Friday July 3, 2026. Proposals can also be submitted electronically to cdelles@vail.gov. Electronic files shall not exceed 5MB and shall not be .zip files.

 

  • Proposals should include rate sheet for labor and materials.

 

Any proposals submitted shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope plainly marked “On-call Asphalt Repair”. Any proposals received after the time specified above will be returned to the Bidder unopened.

 

 

TERM OF CONTRACT

The term of the agreement shall be the calendar year ending December 31, 2026, on an on-call basis for removal/replacement, milling, overlay, and patching of asphalt paving.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS OF THE SUCCESSFUL BIDDER

Successful Bidder will be required to execute the Agreement Form and Certificates of Insurance in accordance with the requirements stated in the Agreement Form. To request a copy of the Agreement Form email cdelles@vail.gov.
