The Vail Local Marketing District is inviting creative and compelling sponsorship proposals for its 2026 special events. The Town has hosted a diverse array of events, including culinary festivals, parades, concerts spanning genres from classical to EDM and rock, art exhibitions, and world-class sporting competitions. Events in Vail are a crucial part of the community's vibrant economy and culture.

The second cycle for sponsorship applications will be available from January 28 through February 16 at noon. Producers are required to submit all necessary information through the online application portal linked in the 2026 Event Sponsorship RFP Document. Events requesting sponsorship will be evaluated on several metrics, including the events marketing plan, ability to drive traffic and awareness of www.DiscoverVail.com, brand fit, data capture opportunities and additional sponsorship benefits received. 

The deadline for application submissions is: 12 p.m. Monday, Feb. 16, 2026.
