The Vail Local Marketing District is inviting creative and compelling sponsorship proposals for its 2027 special events. The Town has hosted a diverse array of events, including culinary festivals, parades, concerts spanning genres from classical to EDM and rock, art exhibitions, and world-class sporting competitions. Events in Vail are a crucial part of the community's vibrant economy and culture.

The first cycle for sponsorship applications will be available from September 22 - Octboer 19 at noon. Producers are required to submit all necessary information through the online application portal link which will be pubished on September 22. Events requesting sponsorship will be evaluated on several metrics, including the events marketing plan, ability to drive traffic and awareness of www.DiscoverVail.com, brand fit, data capture opportunities and additional sponsorship benefits received. 

The deadline for application submissions is: 12 p.m. Monday, October 19, 2026.
