Development applications and plans are submitted via our application portal. All projects are electronically routed to various Town departments for review and comment. Approved projects are then provided to customers electronically.

Electronic submission and plan review provides customers a more convenient and efficient development application submittal tool.

Electronic Plan Review Submittal Minimum File Requirements

• All plans must be submitted in Portable Document Format (PDF) compatible with Adobe Acrobat 7.0 or greater
• Minimum plan page size is 11" x 17"
• 2" x 2" box in upper right hand corner of all plan sheets for Town approval stamps
• Complete index of submitted plans and specifications included
