Leasing Opportunities 

The Town has partnered with Triumph Development on the construction of the new homes and is pleased to have contracted with Triumph Management West to manage the leasing and building management. This project has a resident occupied deed restriction, which means that all adult tenants must be full-time employees of a business in Eagle County that serves Eagle County.

About the Residences at Main Vail

The Residences at Main Vail are designed as a 100% deed-restricted, for rent, residential development with a mix of 72 one- and two-bedroom apartments and 72 parking spaces onsite with access to Vail's free bus lines. 

Residences at Main Vail has some of the best views and such amenities as individual storage unit lockers, on-site laundry, indoor and outdoorView from Residence at Main Vail community gathering spaces, a solar panel installation for on-site energy production with 100% electrification systems to minimize the carbon footprint of the new building. The central location near the Vail Town Center roundabout provides convenient pedestrian access to Vail Village and Lionshead Village and is home to 200 year-round and seasonal Vail residents.

The collaborative development project was years in the making and was completed in the Fall 2023 and the apartments became fully occupied by December 2023.
