The Vail Passenger Transportation Ordinance authorizes the Town of Vail to implement and enforce a permitting system capable of tracking the number of authorized shuttles, courtesy cars, luxury limousines, taxis and buses in the Village Core and Lionshead.

The system addresses staging, congestion and ease of service issues.
