You must scan your QR code at entry and exit to receive pass benefits.
Summer Parking Passes are available for purchase throughout the summer season.
Winter 2024 - 2025 parking passes will be extended for use during the 2025 summer season. These will have new summer season discounts and access according to their corresponding summer pass type. Daily rates may apply.

How to purchase parking passes

Here's a summary of the Town of Vail Parking Pass Sign-Up Instructions for Summer 2025:

Visit www.vail.gov/parkingpasses to see available pass types and start the sign-up process.
Prepare:

Credit card for payment.
Proof of eligibility file (in .jpg, .png, or .pdf if required) for upload.
Vehicle license plate. (optional)

Sign up:

Choose your pass type.
Enter vehicle details (optional).
Upload eligibility documentation (when applicable).
Create your parking account.

Payment:

Enter credit card details (charged only after approval).
Card is saved for future parking charges.

After Submission:

You will not be charged until your parking pass is approved. Approval may take up to 3 business days.

Look for confirmation emails.
Use your parking account at www.townofvail.ubipark.com to view your QR code pass, update info, and track transactions.
