Donovan Pavilion Management Team
Donovan Pavilion Management, Inc. has been managing the Donovan Pavilion since its inception in August 2003. Our team is comprised of a professional on-site event staff with more than 20 years of event management experience in events large and small.
Donovan Pavilion Management has a team of on-site coordinators dedicated to making each event run as smoothly as possible. We are on-site through each event, assisting our clients and caterers with building operations and troubleshooting to ensure a seamless event.
Laurie Asmussen
Laurie Asmussen, President, has been managing events in the Vail area since 1989. Her experience includes Sales Assistant/Outside Sales with Vail Associates and the Hyatt Regency Beaver Creek; Events/Marketing Supervisor with the Vail Recreation District, Sales Manager at the Charter in Beaver Creek; and Events Coordinator with Eagle County. She established Eagle Valley Events, Inc. in 1999 and has produced the Vail Arts Festival, Vail America Days, Holidays in Vail, Oktoberfest and has assisted numerous Eagle County organizations with production of their events since. Laurie is a native of Colorado and has resided in Eagle County for more than 20 years.
Mindy Marino
Mindy Marino, Events Manager, has been with Donovan Pavilion Management, Inc. since 2006. Mindy is a Professional Wedding Planner and has managed the average 120 events held annually at the Donovan Pavilion. She has extensive experience in interior design, creative design of invitations, place cards, programs and special event management. Mindy is a native of Colorado and has been in the Vail area for more than 15 years.
