This venue has all the bones to make anyone's wedding vision come to life. They have very aesthetic chairs, a variety of table sizes, and an amazing catering kitchen. Our vendors had a very easy time setting up their respective items. While you have to assemble the vendors and any decorations yourself, my selected vendors and coordinator were able to get it all done within our time slot. The back patio was perfect for our fall wedding and the inside space made all our photos turn out so well. The management team was so kind and accommodating too.

From the very first interaction, the team at Donovan Pavilion was clear, prompt, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire wedding planning process. The space itself is absolutely stunning - a spacious, elegant room and patio with a backdrop right along the beautiful Gore Creek. We loved having our wedding celebration in this beautiful venue that provided so much value and elegance. The staff was kind, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure our special day was perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better venue to host our wedding celebration.

My wife and I are so incredibly grateful to have worked with the Donovan Pavilion for the reception venue for our July wedding. All ~150 of our guests had ample space and room for activities. The recent renovations including the tasteful repainting, as well as the addition of the bridal suite came out very well - we were more than pleased. The amenities including the large patio area with fire pit, accessibility, and restrooms are all kept immaculate and made for the reception of a lifetime! The Donovan Pavilion was an incredible venue for our wedding! The staff was highly communicative throughout the entire planning process, making it easy for us to navigate all the details. The space itself is absolutely stunning - the high ceilings, large windows, and beautiful stone accents created such a warm and elegant atmosphere. We had our wedding at Donovan Pavilion and it was absolutely beautiful! The venue has incredible indoor and outdoor space that provided the perfect backdrop for our special day. The staff was fantastic to work with - they were quick to respond to any questions we had leading up to the big event and so friendly and accommodating. On the wedding day itself, they went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly so my husband and I could relax and enjoy our time with family and friends. They truly helped us create our dream wedding.

Dream Venue: This was the most beautiful venue and the team at Donovan was so easy to work with.

We got married at the Vail Wedding Deck and then had our reception at Donovan Pavilion. The Pavilion is SO beautiful (without the need for tons of decorations). The management is also great - really responsive, helpful, and kind. We had about 140 guests and it was the PERFECT size (not too big, not crowded at all). We did our cocktail hour out on the patio, then the reception inside. Worked great!

As a wedding photographer myself i have been to a lot of weddings. Over 200-and we choose Donovan pavilion for our own wedding, and we were not disappointed. Beautiful large space. Great kitchen for caterers. And you can supply your own liquor. an all around great value.
