Once you download the mobile app and register your account, open the Sole Power Plus app home page to log your trips. You can log your trips automatically by selecting the "Start Trip" button or manually by selecting the "Log Trip" button.

Auto Trip Logging

Auto Trip Logging: Select "Start Trip" on home page.

 Select "Start Trip" on home page. Select “Type of Trip” (work, social, errand) and “Mode of Transport” (walk, bike, e-bike, skate, carpool, bus and other), then hit the “Start” button. Pause as needed along the route. Hit the “Stop” button when the trip is complete. You will receive a Trip Summary, and your trip will be updated on all leaderboards and personal statistics.

Manual Trip Logging

Manual Trip Logging: Select "Log Trip" on homepage any time after you complete a human or plus powered trip and opted not to or were unable to use the auto trip logging function. Please be as accurate as possible.

Select the following fields for the trip: Date, Distance Traveled, Type of Trip, Mode of Transportation and select "Log Trip" to upload the data. You will receive a confirmation notice when the trip is successfully logged and a Trip Summary.

Once you "End Trip" on the auto function or "Log Trip" on the manual option, the trip data updates on the correct leaderboards (human powered or plus powered, individual and team). You can log the miles for any daily commute you do, whether it's for work, running errands or just socializing. Remember only human powered trips (biking, e-biking, walking, running, or skating) and plus powered trips (bus riding and carpooling) count.

Human Powered, Plus Powered, Individual and Team Leaderboards

There are two leaderboard categories: Human Powered, which includes biking, e-biking, walking, skating and running) and Plus Powered, which includes carpooling and bus riding trips.

Each category has two leaderboard groups, individual and team, that can be reviewed on either the Sole Power Plus mobile app or on the website. The individual leaderboard will include the total number of trips, fuel saved and carbon emissions reduced for each participant logging trips on the Human Powered and/or Plus Powered Leaderboards.

The team leaderboard will show the totals for each team that has been registered for each human powered and plus powered trips logged. In the team leaderboard page, you can click on a team to see each team member and their trips.
